With a strong foundation in Human Resources, including roles as a Trainer, Recruiter, and HR Manager, I’ve built my career around helping people and organizations succeed together. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how the right HR guidance can transform hiring practices, boost employee engagement, and bring clarity to even the most complex workplace challenges.

I founded Inspiration Point HR to offer that kind of support to organizations seeking practical, thoughtful solutions without the layers and costs of a large firm. My goal is to simplify HR for growing teams, build systems that work, and help leaders create workplaces where people truly thrive.

I am based in the mountain foothill town of North Bend, Washington and live with my wife and 2 cats. My wife and I enjoy hiking the countless trails in the area, exploring new restaurants, and occasional travel to Europe and Latin America.
